You must present your New Era Insider card each time you make a purchase to receive Insider benefits.
New Era Insider cards are non-transferable.
New Era Insider offer not valid with any other offer or discount unless specifically noted within the promotion or discount.
A $5.00 membership fee will be charged to all new members. Lost or stolen cards will be reissued for $5.00 each.
Employees of New Era and their spouse, parents, and children are not eligible for membership.
New Era may, at any time, terminate or modify the New Era Insider program individually/collectively without notice or further obligation to members. Membership fees will not be returned if the program is terminated.
The New Era Insider discount is not applicable to purchases for resale and it is a violation of the terms and conditions of New Era Insider membership to attempt to obtain a discount on merchandise purchased with the intent to resell. We reserve the right to revoke a New Era Insider membership without prior notice if in its sole and absolute discretion it determines that the membership has been used to obtain or to attempt to obtain a discount on merchandise for resale. Our determination in this regard will be final. We will refund a pro rata portion of the membership fee for the membership term in which a membership is revoked, based on the number of full months remaining in the current term as of the date of revocation. Such refunds may require up to 90 days' processing time. No interest will be payable on amounts to be refunded.
