Return Policy

If you receive a defective item, the wrong item, or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.

For Custom New Era By You™ Products
The New Era By You™ customized cap is one-of-a-kind and made just for you. Due to the unique nature of the product, sales of custom New Era By You™ customized caps are final, and cannot be returned for any reason, unless your product arrives with a factory defect. If you believe your product has a defect, you must notify New Era within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the defective item.

Once you have placed your order, it cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. We will charge your credit card at the time you place your order for your customized New Era By You™ cap. You will receive your New Era By You™ cap within forty-five (45) days of your purchase. If you will not receive your New Era By You™ customized cap within 45 days, we will let you know the new shipping date.

For all other Products
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original receipt or packing slip, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Without a receipt or packing slip, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit in the form of a gift card. Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase date will be in the form of a gift card and will be returned at the current retail price. Items returned after 90 days of purchase will not be accepted. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund, merchandise credit or an exchange.

Due to carrier transit times, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date you mail your package for your return to be processed completely. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to show in your account.

Clearance Items
All sales are final on clearance items. No refunds, merchandise credits, or exchanges will be offered.

Buy One Get One Half Off
Any discount received as part of a Buy One Get One Half Off promotion will be forfeited if the full price item is returned.

Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship items back are non-refundable. On a case by case basis, we will issue a credit for reasonable and customary freight charges if the returned item is defective or incorrect. Please include a postal receipt in your return package.

Exchanges
When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exchange item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.

PayPal Orders
Orders placed using PayPal cannot be returned to a retail store and must be mailed to our Customer Care Department for a refund. These orders are only eligible for return not exchange. Should you need to exchange an item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
